Melissa Hoeft
Executive Vice President
Melissa, one of TCA’s BSA Action Team leaders, specializes in audit and consulting engagements and in teaching BSA topics. She’s also a member of the Anti-Money Laundering Association’s Advisory Board.
During her years at a bank holding company, she built an impressive resume as a BSA compliance specialist and was responsible for developing operational policies and procedures and for working in management and training. She also served on the company’s compliance committee.
Melissa is exceptional at helping clients find the ideal BSA solution.
Since joining TCA, her responsibilities have expanded: Melissa was promoted to director of operations in 2015 and named executive vice president in 2017.
TCA has come to depend on Melissa’s unique talents, and she performs a crucial role in keeping TCA on schedule and in working in tandem with the firm’s executive team on day-to-day management.

I fully embrace the “Escape to Wisconsin” slogan. Whenever I need to step back and relax, I head to a Wisconsin lake house with my family. After some boating and making the rounds of the state’s unique supper clubs, I come home rested and refreshed.
