Rhonda Winters brings more than 25 years of steadily increasing banking and compliance experience to her assignments for TCA client banks. Working from a TCA base in North Carolina and assisting TCA clients primarily (although not exclusively) in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeastern states, Ms. Winters’ skills are in high demand.
Like other TCA consultants, Ms. Winters is well versed in BSA and related compliance issues – but she also has strong compliance capabilities in bank operations, including branching, compliance reporting (internally and within the regulatory framework), financial analysis and accounting, and compliance training.
In addition, Ms. Winters is highly respected for her ability to provide compliance consulting support to senior bank management and directors.
