Sarah McCaslin spent nearly a decade developing her compliance expertise at an Oklahoma bank. The experience gave her a firm grounding in all aspects of compliance.
She started as a compliance analyst and developed policies and procedures. Her work included designing a CRA compliance program, conducting TRID updates, overseeing HMDA filings, and developing MLA lending procedures.
McCaslin accepted greater responsibility and broadened her skills when she became the bank’s compliance manager and served as its officer for Compliance, BSA, and CRA.
She’s exceptionally skilled in overdraft regulations and guidance and advising upper management on risk reduction. At TCA, she conducts reviews and advises clients on consumer compliance.

I live on 15 acres in rural Oklahoma with my husband of 23 years and our two sons. We have three llamas, five dogs, and a cat. I'm a competitive powerlifter—something that fulfills me— and I can deadlift 429 pounds. I also work with teenage girls to introduce them to the sport. It’s important to teach them that they are powerful and that their bodies are perfect.
